- Introduce our products, have them try some samples, and once they place an
order they are now your account.
- We have also provided training materials in your starter kit to help start your
business.

6. How much can I make?

- There is no limit. The more efficiently you work, the more you will make. It is
possible to make over $100,000 a year or more, depending on how much time and effort
you devote.

7. What amount of time is required? Are there any sales quotas?

- Spend as little or as much time as fits into your lifestyle. Work full-time, half-time,
or part- time.
- The only requirement to remain an active consultant is a minimum of 3 salon or
day spa orders per month after the initial training period of 4 months.

8. Are there any tax incentives?

- As an independent contractor, you are running your own business, which means
you can deduct all auto expenses, insurance, repairs, and gas used in your daily activities as well as auto depreciation from your taxes.
- In addition, all expenses incurred in selling, including the purchase of the starter
kit. If you follow the IRS guidelines, a home office and expenses to heat, cool,
furnish and maintain are tax deductible. These are significant tax benefits not
available for an employee.

11. How do I create a "starter kit"?

- Simple. We provide you with a price list for the cost of samples and selling materials (brochures, etc.). You decide what product areas you have the greatest interest in or feel you will be most successful with.
- Next. Select the samples and selling materials you will need. Remember that your need for samples will be greatest at the beginning.

12. What happens once a salon has ordered?

- Once a salon has ordered product. Dartmouth Pharmaceuticals, Inc. will send the salon or spa free samples with their orders. Your job at this point is to continue to service the salon. This means providing information on products, taking orders, and introducing new products for the salon or spa to carry.
- Once the salon has ordered, it is your account. No other representative with our product line may service that account.

13. So can I put my feet up and do nothing?

- No. As mentioned earlier, the salon or spa will need servicing on a regular basis. You will receive a sizeable commission on each sale even if the order is placed through Dartmouth and not handed directly to you.
- Also realize that if accounts are not serviced on a regular basis, you may lose the account. The account would then be handed over to another representative. You would have been notified of this possibility and an opportunity to correct the situation would occur.

14. This could become a very big business if I want it to. Correct?

- Yes. There is no limit to the number of accounts or your ability to hire individuals to work for you to manage the accounts.

15. What about other support?

- Dartmouth's presence within the medical community is a huge benefit. Dermatologists and podiatrists all across the country recommend ELON® products, which creates a lot of new business and clients for salons and spas.
- Dartmouth's web site provides patients with the opportunity to find a salon or spa in their area. This is an opportunity for salons and spas to gain additional access to patients wanting to purchase ELON® products.
