First Order Customers:

            “For First Time Orders Under $40: Please call 800-414-3566 to obtain Free Standard Shipping (7 - 10             business days ). Orders under $40 which are placed online are subject to shipping charges. We             apologize for this inconvenience but the web site has no way of knowing if you are a First Time             customer or not. When the order is placed by phone, the order is checked against the data base to             determine First Time status. Thank you for your understanding.

            Priority Shipping at a Discounted Rate of $5.99 ( 2 - 3 business days)

            UPS Shipping $8.99 for the Continental U.S. - OR - $14.99 for HI and AK

ReOrder Customers:

            FREE Standard Shipping with minimum $40 purchase

            Priority Shipping at $8.99 ( 2 - 3 business days )

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays).
